The Go Taikonauts! teamĀ could follow yesterday the official announcement that the Tiangong 1 launch has been delayed indefinitely. The new launch date depends on the result of the CZ-2C failure investigation. It looks like there is only a 50% possiblity for launching in September.

A Spokesman of China Manned Space Engineering Project told that launch plan for Tiangong 1 was adjusted due to the unsuccessful launch of SJ-11-04 satellite. He also said that all tests of Tiangong target spacecraft and CZ-2F carrier rocket were going smoothly, and Shenzhou VIII was transported to Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on 26 August 2011 in accordance with the plan.
