On 6 April 2021, the Ground Application System of the Lunar Exploration Project publicly released the 1st batch of scientific data from 2 international instruments on the Chang'e 4 lunar lander and rover. The data are level 2A data from the Lunar Lander Neutrons and Dosimetry (LND) instrument of the German University of Kiel and level 2B data from the Swedish Institute of Space Physics (IRF) Advanced Small Analyzer for Neutrals (ASAN).
The data were collected during the first 12 days of the mission. A total of 194 data files comprising 1.36 GB of data was released on the GRAS website.
